Rankings are annual and this page records that listing, not a claim about the current edition. What is worth setting out is the work the listing was measuring, because that is the part a client can actually check.
The record behind it
Practice since 1991. Arbitration has been the centre of his work for over three decades, in cases before tribunals in a range of jurisdictions, and — the part that decides whether an award is worth anything — at the recognition and enforcement stage in Ukrainian courts.
Teaching. International commercial arbitration at the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, over many years.
Writing. International Commercial Arbitration (Alerta, 2019, 410 pp.), an updated edition of which appeared in the year of the listing, and International Civil Procedure (Yurincom Inter, 2026, 448 pp.). Both are used as course texts and both are written from the enforcement end rather than the theory end.
Conference work. Among other papers, on the application of Article II(3) of the 1958 New York Convention in Ukrainian court practice, delivered at the 5th Pobirchenko International Arbitration Readings.
