Anna advises foreign investors, lenders, and deal counsel on Ukraine-related regulatory risks — foreign investment screening, wartime restrictions, sanctions-related issues, and currency regulation. Her role is to translate Ukrainian legal realities into actionable guidance at the structuring stage, before execution risk materialises.
Franchising and Distribution. Anna was among the first lawyers in Ukraine to advise on international franchising — representing Subway, Loro Piana, Papa Johnʼs, ECCO, Engel and Volkers, Gloria Jeanʼs Coffees, and others entering the Ukrainian market.
