Jurvneshservice Partners Anna Tsirat and Gennadii Tsirat once again prepared on the part of Ukraine a national monograph on civil procedure in Ukraine, which is part of the International Encyclopedia for Civil Procedure issued by famous Wolters Kluwer.
The monograph envisages all issues of civil procedure and even more – from a brief overview of the political, economic and judicial system in Ukraine to analysis of all matters of civil procedure in Ukraine, from legal aid to arbitration and mediation.
