  4. To affirm our deep experience in this sector — from aircraft leasing, registration, and international disputes to comprehensive legal analysis of aviation agreements.

Writing about a national aviation sector whose airspace has been closed for three consecutive years is far from straightforward. Although the legal norms remain formally in force, their practical implementation is often paused or adapted.

Our approach was to:

  • Transparently highlight which regulatory functions are currently suspended due to the war;
  • Identify the provisions that remain relevant for international stakeholders — particularly in leasing and insurance;
  • Reframe the narrative from a “report on suspension” to an analytical foundation for the post-war restart of the aviation sector.
