Jurvneshservice partners Dmytro Salatiuk and Gennadii Tsirat are representing interests and advocating for the former head of Odesa Regional State Administration Mikheil Saakashvili in 9 cases concerning protection of honor, dignity, and business reputation.
Yesterday, 18 September 2017, Dniprovsky District Court of Kyiv had to hear a case brought by Arsen Avakov against Mikheil Saakashvili, Limited liability company “TV and radio company “Mist TV”, Limited liability company “TV and radio company “New Communications” and Tetiana V. Danylenko with the participation of the third party Ministry of Internal Affairs concerning the protection of honor, dignity and business reputation and obligation to refute false information. But the judge in the case decided to adjourn a hearing as one of the defendants, namely the famous journalist Tetiana Danylenko, didn’t appear before the court.
This case is one of many others concerning the protection of honor, dignity, and business reputation initiated against Mikheil Saakashvili.
